Fall 2012 Director's Cup Information

Each Fall and Spring, the Oregon Premier Council hosts the Director's Cup for teams who are looking for a fun, competitive tournament, as an end of season event that is not quite as competitive as the OPL State Cup.

The Fall Director's Cup, for U10-U14 teams, takes place at the end of the Fall Season, and is open to any team in the First Division and lower; Premier teams are not permitted to participate. Teams participating in the Director's Cup are also free to participate in the OPL State Cup. 

For 2012, U11-14 teams will compete over the first three weekends of November; the first two weekends are round robin play, and the semifinals and finals are the third weekend. This year, we are bringing back Gold and Silver Divisions in all age groups. 

Participation: 

U11-U14 - $450
U10 - $275

Registration closes October 5. Please contact your club's admin for registration. 
 

Rules and Information

There will be no tournament check-in for this event; referees will check in a certify rosters at the field. 

All rosters must be printed from the US Club Soccer website, and no players will be permitted to be "handwritten" on the roster at match time. 

The Director’s Cup is scored on the 10 point tournament format: 6 points for a win, 3 points for a tie, no points for a loss; 1 point for a shut-out, and 1 point for every goal, up to 3 goals max.

Game times: 

U10 - ALL GAMES, 2x25 minute halves

U11 - ALL GAMES, 2x30 minute halves

U12/14 - ALL GAMES, 2x35 minute halves
